Hi, long time Windows user here, and I'm generally satisfied with Microsoft's
OS. I just had one question about WMP, though, is it possible to change the
burning options in any way? For example, an option to remove the two-second
gap between songs would be VERY nice. Also, how about an option to normalize
all audio tracks? Some of my live songs are of different volume than my CD
version songs, and when i burn them to CD the volume seems to fluctuate
without me even touching the volume. It's pretty annoying... so, is there any
way? If not, I REALLY reccomend these ideas for WMP 11. Then WMP would be my
#1 player, hands-down.

Yes, you can do that. You need the "Tweak MP tool" for WMP9, from the
WM Plugins website. The CD tab offers a checkbox to "Automatically
level the volume of files when copying to a CD".

When installed, it will appear in the Tools -> Options -> Plugins
panel (under the "window" category). Click the checkbox to activate.

The volume levelling in WMP itself only works on playback AFAIK, so
this is an additional feature you can use.
