Windows Forum / Windows Media / Player / May 2006My Windows Media Player 10 wont maximize
I recently downloaded the wmp 10 off of a cd that came with an Iriver device I bought. Every time I try to open WMP 10 a thin white line briefly flickers on the far right side of my screen then the minimized WMP appears on my task bar and WILL NOT maximize. The only thing I can get to work with this garbage upgrade is the tiny mini control box that appears on the task bar. [quoted text clipped - 6 lines] > > thx The fix for any program that opens offscreen has been the same since Windows 2.x about 15 years ago - right-click the taskbar icon (or Alt+Spacebar), and then select Move, and use the cursor keys to move the window back on screen.
