The fix for any program that opens offscreen has been the same since
Windows 2.x about 15 years ago - right-click the taskbar icon (or
Alt+Spacebar), and then select Move, and use the cursor keys to move the
window back on screen.

Thx for the response I tried your solution and the move option is greyed
out and non functional any other suggestions?
