Some of my MP3 files cannot be played on WMA and the following error is
displayed

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the
file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."

Does anyone know if this problem can be fixed and if so how????

If you press "Web Help", what error code number do you get?  What URL does
it take you to?
