with wmp ver10. cannot connect with cddb either when playing a cd or trying to rip. earlier post said to try http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;265494, but that applies to ver 9. thanks What error message do you get? Can you view the Media Guide in WMP? Can you view http://windowsmedia.com in IE?
