Hey guys:
Whenever I try to view downloaded files in WMP 11 they are in extreme
close-up so I really cant seem to see what is going on. I have tried
adjusting zoom and size as well as the display and nothing seems to work. Any
suggestions on how to fix the problem would be appreciated. Thanks in
advance!

ZachD has previously mentioned some Video Card software has settings
to Zoom video. That could be the remaining cause ;-)

Try finding some advanced settings in Display Properties in control
panel and see if there's something which is a likely suspect.
