Why wasn't WMP11 built with the ability to back up and restore DRM licenses?
I have a great deal of legally purchased music, most from a website that is
no longer around.  I have new Vista computer that came with WMP11.  I am
unable to play any of my purchased music on the new computer because I can't
move the DRM licenses to the new computer, and I can't restore the licenses
from the online store because they no longer exist (Tower Digital).  I am
forced to re-purchase all the music.  Am I missing something?

If you upgrade the machine, that should convert the DRM store over to work
on Vista.  If you use a new machine, the licenses have to be reissued. =\
