Security Components Upgrade Page

Ok, so I'm trying to get the Digital Copy from my Harry Potter DVD, and it
tells me that I have to upgrade the security components. I click on the link,
and the page loads, but the Upgrade link is gray-ed out and not link-able.
Can anyone help?

I have the same problem, and can't find another download site. Anyone have
any ideas?
