I am trying to install Windows Media Player 11. I am currently running
Windows XP SP2. The message I am getting after 3 tries is: It is not possible
to complete set up. For assistance click web help.

Windows Media Player was not installed. To updated Windows, run Media Player
set up again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Tim

So what lines in c:\windows\wmsetup.log contain "ERROR:"?
http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#setup11
should likely help.
