I just installed Windows Media Player 11 on my Windows XP Professional.  I am
unable to open any disc.  When I go to select a drive is reads "no disc in
drive" and does not allow me to do anything.  I've tried everything, even
purchased the Intervideo DVD XPack thinking that would help play DVD's.
Please...help....I am very computer ignorant and need simple
instructions...thank you....
