Media Event Sink Window: KHost.exe -Application Error

I keep geeting the follwing error message when i try and watch somthing on
the internet:

The instruction at "0xe991403d" referenced memory at "0xe991403d". The
memory could not be "read".

I would be very gratefully if someone could please advise me about how to
fix this problem.

What are the file properties on 'khost.exe' on your system?
