How put WMP-10 visualizations onto WMP-11?

Hello,

I'm using WMP10 but would like to upgrade to WMP11. Problem is, don't really
like the WMP11 visualizations.  Before I zap WMP10 off the PC and replace
with WMP11, is there a (hopefully easy) way to ADD the WMP10 visualizations
to WMP11.  Better still, is there a place to just "download" the old WMP10
visualizations instantly?

Thanks,
George

Which visualizations are you specifically referring to?  Third party
visualizations should generally just show up in WMP11.  There are some
deprecated (read: broken) WMP10 visualizations that are removed from WMP11.
You could hack those onto your system, but they were removed because they
didn't work fully. =\

Hello, thanks for reply.  Especially like one, I think it's called...
ambience > water.  But I'd really like to copy all the (native, came with
WMP10) visualizations, hopefully they are in a folder somewhere.  I don't
have any of the 3rd party or Microsoft-downloaded ones.  Thanks

If I recall correctly, that was indeed one of the old broken visualizations
that has now gone away.

No, they're not in a folder.  They're in a shared dll that is updated when
WMP11 is installed and removed because they're partially non-functional
(even in WMP10).  Sorry.  =\
