1)  What is the command line syntax for WMP 11 to play a playlist ?

2)  Can WMP 11 play a .wav file using command line syntax? If so, what is
the syntax?

Try going to:http://www.microsoft.com/msdn
Locate library,locate windows media,and/or chk library archieves,msdn
runs the show with windows media...
