Works fine for me:
- with Opera browser, WMP 11 embedded in that page
- directly in WMP 11, opened as URL
mms://alt.floridakeysmedia.com/twofriends/

Click the Web Help button on that dialog about the codec. That will tell
you exactly what it needs.
