DPM Upgrade

I am running Media 10 and am trying to download some movies. The
download site says I need the DPM Upgrade (its some sort of security
thing). I try to download it and MS says there is an error and to go
to MS support where I can find nothing. Can you give me an idea on how
to download this? I am running XP Prof.
