So whenever I add an mpeg file to WMP, it freezes and i have to exit the
unresponding WMP.
Eariler this year, I've been able to add mpeg files to WMP before from the
exact same folder. I tried adding wmv files and WMP STILL freezes.
Windows suggested deleting some random stuff which I tried but didn't help.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

What version of the player on what version of Windows?

How are you "adding" files?
Does playback still work?

Speaking for myself only.
See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
