I need be be able to burn audio discs for my car but my car will only read
MP3 files.  Many of my audio files are in mp4 format.  I've installed a
plugin that allows WMP to read mp4 but when burning I don't get an option
that I can tell to select what audio format I want my burned disc to use.

How can I tell WMP to burn my audio files to mp3?

Thanks

Using WMP 11, you're looking for "Tools", "Options", "Rip Music", "Rip
Settings" and select mp3.

If you're burning an Audio CD, that is the file format (PCM WAV) - "mp3" is
only an option for a Data CD.

Speaking for myself only.
See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
