I am trying to split audio and video between two monitors.  On my laptop, I
want to have access to my playlist and on my second montor I want to have the
video playing that is triggered from my playlist.   Is this possible?  I am
using WMP 11.

Yes, using windows media professional exhibitor 2.0.1.3 from this page
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/encoder/utilities.aspx

It's usually intended for presenters giving business presentations
from a laptop screen, with the video shown on a projector

Should work fine for what you want though
