how do i show the framrate of the dvd im playing in wmp 10?

I would like to see the framerate of the dvd i'm playing. I dont think it is
playing at the full 30 fps but I do not know how many fps I'm getting.

There's nothing I can think of in WMP that will do that, sorry

Right, an Intel document showed a benchmark program called FRAPS :
http://www.fraps.com/  which is freeware.

You might want to read the intel document to see how they did the
benchmark, it's at
