I do not care for the 'Darth Vaddor' (sp?) look of the version 11. Also the
rotating file information window is too small.

I think I know the answer to this one : "Roll back to WMP10"

How does one "roll back to WMP 10"? I've tried doing System Restore and it
just will not restore it, no matter what date/time I use. I've tried
downloading and reinstalling WMP 10, but it says I have a more current
version on my computer, so it won't install it.

I hate WMP 11. I hate everything about it. Plus, it deleted all my
playlists. How do I get rid of this lousy thing and get back to WMP 10 with
all my original playlists?

You uninstall v11 from Control Panel Add/Remove Programs, just as described
in the Release Notes linked to the v11 download. It's the same technique to
go from v10 back to v9.

WMP10 must not be installed on top of a newer version of WMP - that would do
bad things.  Roll back first as Mike detailed.  =)

It didn't delete your playlists - those are still on your hard drive.  They
may not be in your library right now (?), but they'd still be there.
