I have installed a program that says the licenses for my media files are
corrupted and the only way to fix it is to download the newest version of
windows media player. I did that and the files are still corrupted. Can
anyone help me fix this problem? Is there any other way to fix the Digital
Rights Managment files? Please help me.

What exact version are you referring to?
What program did you install?

Generally you want to take this kind of thing straight to actual product
support, since you don't want people randomly tinkering around with stuff
you paid money for.
