Can someone help me I am trying to develop an application to playback video
clips on a philips 3D wow screen.  The issue I am experiencing is that when I
launch fullscreen video clips using an html interface there is a momentary
'flash' whilst one clip unloads and the new clip loads.  This 'flash' is
unacceptable for the application I am producing - is there a method to
prevent this issue from being expereienced?  Myself and Philips are working
on the issue but I would expect that Microsoft would be better placed to
comment.

When you say "HTML interface", I'm taking that as meaning you're
loading an embbeded media player into a web page , then taking it
fullscreen with javascript.

It might be worth posting the embedding code you're using as there are
a small number of options to check out which might affect/cause this.

In general though, my first stop would be to take a look at your
display card drivers, and the Advanced settings in WMP's Performance
tab. You might find simply disabling overlays, or more likely turning
off full screen mode switch will do the trick.

Cheers - Neil
