Hello.  I'm just taking a chance to see if I can get some
help from the microsoft newsgroup.  My problem is
regarding printing.  Everytime I access Outlook Express 6
and Internet Explorer 6 I get this printing error
message, "An error occured during this operation".  I'm
unable to print my e-mail messages nor anything on the
internet.  The strange thing is that I can print from
other softwares such as MS Word, Ms Works, Adobe Acrobat,
etc.  I also tried re-installing IE6 for both (Outlook
Express and Internet Explorer) and that did not change a
thing.  Please advice.

Did you change your Font FROM Western European
(Windows/ISO) ?

Users can't print from Email or Internet Explorer if it's
not on Western European. Don't know why...but a lot of my
co-workers read Chinese pages so have the Encoding changed.

(In IE, click View, Encoding....Western European (ISO)
usually the default.
