windows media 11 playing vidoe file??

can anyone help !!! ive downloaded some RATDVD files ive check on various
sites and they say that the player plays these files.does anyone know if this
is true and if so how or what do i need to do to make this possible thks ....

AFAIK there's no decoder for WMP to play these files.
