WMP10, Cant go to library anymore

I have wmp 10. My problem is that I can't go to the library anymore. It just
doesn't do anything. I have tried reinstalling te program but the problem
stays. I also looked at options -> library but I can't find anything wrong.
Can anyone help me please? Thank you very much

The Microsoft employee who used to post in this newsgroup has a web page
that describes how to delete your media library database files (not the
music files) at http://www.zachd.com/pss/pss.html. I suggest trying to
delete the library database files and then opening WMP 10 and seeing if that
helps.
