Sometimes i recieve video clips (wmv) and the video plays fine but the audio
is missing. it is random when it happens but I am clueless as to why this
happens. I upgraded from WMP 10 to 11 and reinstalled 11 3 times. I am
running winXP SP2 How can I find a answer or solution to this issues?

If you go to WMP menu, choose File -> Properties while the video is
