This condition has only two choises, 'Is Before' and 'Is more recent than'.

It's nice to know that MS lets people choose ove of two values that means
exactly the same thing, but how about those of us who want to get tracks that
we haven't heard in a while? Seems like somebody dropped the ball.

In other words, how can I simulate an 'Is After' type condition?

(This is on a new installation of Vista Ultimate and WMP 11 as well as XPsp2
WMP 11)

Those two selections are not the same.  Is before would mean "less recent
than".  For instance, if the last played date is before 30 days, then, today,
it would bean that the date was before March 29, 2007 - so Is Before is what
you'd choose to listen to something you have not heard before.

I use the Is Before almost always when I am using Windows Media Player.
What is really missing from this picture is that they have hard-wired the
periods.  I wish I could do Is Before 14 days.  Oh well.

Date Last Played - Is Before - 6 Months
  (and also include)
Play Count: Total overall: 0

This is what I had to use. The Is Before bit was a bit of a blonde moment,
but I saw absolutely nothing different between the two, since without the
zero playcount the results were the same. (I hadn't actually played anything
on the Vista box yet)

Thanks.

Adding the Playcount = 0 to that is a great tip.
