I want to know how to edit the album's name once the album is created in WMP
11.  I know there is a way because I happened onto it once.  That's the name
that displayed with album and its art work.  Changing internally in the file
will not change the external name by the cover.

Go to the Library tab. Find the album in the list.
Right-click the album name and choose Edit.
Start typing, then press Enter key.

When I stated in the question was wrong, I actually meant the artist name on
the front of the album cover.  I know you can edit the artist name internally
but I don't know to edit the name externally by the album cover.  One day I
happened on a section hidden which bring field defined dialog for entering
such information.  Has everyone else found this area?

The album cover - you mean the album artwork ?

No, you'd have to modify the JPEG files in the corrsponding folder in
some image editing program (like photoshop, or Paint.NET for example)

I'm really not sure now that I understood what you're asking though -
try to paste a screehshot onto a photo sharing site with an arrow
pointing to where you mean.
