Im trying to share my music with my ps3 using WMP11 and i have looked all
over the place on how to solve the problem. I found a solution that the
microsoft website gave me for error message C00D0FF4. The only problem i have
is that whenever i try to Start Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service
it doesnt show up in any list. I need some insight on why it wouldnt show up.

It might be showing up as "unknown device" rather than named as PS3

It's not that usual to hear of success connecting PS3 as it's not a
typical microsoft device. The site below seems to have an article with
reasonable steps to connect the PS3 (I don't have one here to try it
though)

Most of the site seems to be filled with various suspect freeware, so
don't be tempted to grab any software, just try stepping through the
instructions one at a time and see if that helps any.
