digital rights mgmnt upgrade

whoops, 2nd time posted. I purchased music from a site but when I go to
download it I get a message telling me my digital rights management needs
upgrading...go to product support, but I cannot find out how or where to do
this. help!

hola tengo problemas par ver mis video despues que actualize el windows
media player de el 9 series al 10, no me da video y lo eh reinstaado varias
veces me da audio pero no video, les agradeceria que me dieran una solucion
