Click to DVD Problem

Hi All,

I recently recorded a lot of TV shows using Media Center, using the "Better"
quality setting.  I need to transfer them to DVD to free up space on my hard
drive.  When I make a DVD using Click to DVD, I can only fit about three
30-minute programs on one DVD.  Is there a utility or program to compress
the files before using Click to DVD without losing too much quality?  By the
way, how many programs can be fit onto one DVD using the various recording
quality settings of Fair, Good, Better, and Best?

Thanx,
Key Bored

Maximum time on a single layer DVD is just under 2 hours.
