My bank recently changed upgraded internet banking. I am not able to log into
it from home. It will not progress past the log in page, it hangs and gives
me a time out error. I went to the library and am able to access from there.
I have Kaspersky Anti virus, have contacted them and they have advised me it
is not a conflict with there software. I have put the server on my allow
list... what else can I try to get the connection open?

Contact your bank for assistance. Although you've put the bank in the
allow list there may be a component of KAV blocking access to a required
cookie or script.

Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) and your
IE version.

> I am not able to log into it from home.

Does that mean you're able to log-in from another computer (i.e., at work)?

Tip: IE Tools | Internet Options | Privacy | Sites | type the URL for your
bank (e.g., mybank.com) and Allow cookies for the domain.

Are you running Kaspersky Internet Security?  If so and you disable the
Kaspersky firewall *and then* enable the Windows Firewall, does this
behavior persist?
