Go to the setup.exe file for the program. Right click the file and select
the Run As Administrator option.

Wow! I've been searching for a solution for this problem for almost an
hour.  I've found all kinds of post with majorly hightech solutions,
change this in the Registry, delete this, run this program,
reboot......you name it I had tried it and accomplished NOTHING!!

Then I find your post.  A simple "right click" and voila!!!!  My
program installed.  Brilliant.

Thank you so much.
