There are three accounts on opening Vista . One is guest , one adminstrator
and one other. I have forgotten the password to the other one. Is there any
way to delete this account and start anew?

depending on the version you have:
1. right click on "Computer" icon or thought the start button, go to manage
then to Local Users and Groups. You can't delete the guest account or
built-in administrator account but you can disable them

To delete an account, right click on the account and delete..

Most of these tasks can also be performed from the control panel --> user
accounts

You can simply log on with your administrator account, go to Control
Panel/User Accounts and change or delete the password for that 'other'
account.

Hi Pinging around,

This tutorial will show you how to either Remove or Change the password
for the other Administrator account from within the Administrator
account you did not forget the password from.

Why not simply use the administrative account to reset the "other"
account's password?
