Hi, can anyone help, I was updating my Ipod and Safari downloaded, I went to uninstall and the message is" The system administrator has set policiesto prevent this installation." Then a message appears "you do not have sufficient access to uninstall safari, please contact your system administrator." Thank you in advance for any suggestions or help. Logon to this account and you should be able to do your deleting. One question; you said it will "not allow me to delete anything ---". You really mean ANYTHING ? or just "some of them "? Just one thing. You did not say with link works. Tell me, please. Signaturet-4-2 I tried and failed...I used all the passwords I ever use and none of them work. I tried the reset password but it does not know any of my e-mail addresses. So I'm at a loss here I have no idea how to get into it. My main account I use is set as an administrator account so i have no idea why it will not perform all the administrator duties... any ideas?
