cannot install program

I am trying to install a program, but I get message " You must be logged in
as an administrator when installing this program", I am the only person using
this computer, and at start up under my username it states ADMINISTRATOR. am
I missing something, and how do I install this program. Many thanks

Right click the installation file for the program and select the 'Run As
Adsministrator' option from the menu. Make sure that you have UAC enabled.
