Hello doroanne,
I can't understand what you are asking. What changes ? Changes to
Parental Controls ? What do you mean "only occur with a password" ?
When a person wants to logon to a user account with parentol controls,
he/she has to enter the correct password in order to get in. Once in,
he/she is under the restrictions of the parental controls set forth.
I don't believe that answers your question. So, please explain by
giving an example.

After reading your post several times, I suddenly realized what you
were saying.
What you want to know is : If someone attempts to make changes to a
user account which has parental controls set up, such changes can only
be valid with a correct password. Do I get it ??
