Hello jaguar001,
1. When you opened the Control Panel, were you looking at Classic View
icons or Control Panel Home ?
2. What account you logged on to post this question?

Hi Jaguar001,

The account that you created and named "jaguar001" during the
installation of Vista will be your administrator account. It acts like a
Standard account until a program or action requires administrative
rights, then it will ask you to approve or continue to apply these
rights.

If you want a user account with full rights, then you will need to
enable the built-in Administrator account and logon to it. Beware, not
only do you have full access in this account, but everything that you
run and open in this account will too. This tutorial will show you how
to.

Hope this helps,

Jaquar,

Yeah , it sounds like you deleted or disabled all of your user accounts
leaving you with nothing.

See if doing a System Restore using a restore point dated before you
did this can restore your computer for you. You will need to use Method
Two in this tutorial to do it since you have no use account to logon to.

Hope this helps,
