Windows Forum / Windows Vista / Administration / May 2008I cant log on to my Administrators Account
When I type my password to my Account it says that the service has failed the log on. The password is correct. I could only log on to my guest account. please help me You may try logging into safe mode and check it out ... 1. Turn on the computer. 2. press the F8 key repeatedly, every half of a second, until a Windows Advanced Options menu opens. 3. Press the DOWN ARROW key until Safe mode hit enter and let the windows to load.
