I would like to recover from hibernation without having to use a password,
anyone know if this is possible? Thanks.

Go to the screensaver settings, change energy settings, at the left you can
decide wether to use a password for reactivation.

In addition to the screensaver password, you can set whether or not a
password is required when the computer wakes from sleep. To find the
setting: Open Control Panel to Hardware and Sound> Power Option> System
Settings.

1. Click Start - Control Panel
2. If using:
   a. For Classic View, double-click on Power Options.
   or
   b. For Control Panel Home view, click on System and Maintenance and the
click
       Power Options.
3. From the right-side Tasks list, click "Require a password on Wakeup"
4. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
5. Now, you can change the "Password protection on wakeup" options as desire.

Hope this is what you are looking for, let us know!
