Is this discussion group the only Windows Vista help avialable from Microsoft?

Is there anywhere to chat with a support specialist or have them remotely
connect to my computer to resolve my problems?

So far I have spent my first 3 weeks in Windows Vista trouble shooting
problems.

It wants to reconfigure programs almost daily, it will not connect to my
Pocket PC, it will not recognize or set up my printer, it will not read my SD
cards from my media card reader on my laptop, it will not synchronize.  I
could go on and on.

Depends on how you got your copy of Vista and whether it's retail or OEM.
If it came with your PC or is OEM, MS provides no support, contact the PC
builder for support, if it's a retail copy, I'm quite sure you can find
support phone numbers and email addresses on MS's website.
