RE My Document Folder

Help... I have a frustrating problem. I like the My Document folder to
display small icons grouped by type. The problem is after I have set the
folder uip how I like, it does not remember the settings the next time I open
the folder. I have been into "Tools - Folder settings" and ticked the
"Remember each folder settings" box, but it still completly ignoses this and
returns to large icons with no grouping. This is driving me nuts. Please help

anyone can give clear instructions as to how to make Vista folder settings
stick, I am sure there are a lot of us who will be delighted. As someone has
said, it is probably the single most anoying thing about Vista... Doug
