Same Folders appear in Committee Documents and My Documents. Committee Documents is main user name. Can I stop them going into both Committee Documents and My Documents? > Same Folders appear in Committee Documents and My Documents. Committee > Documents is main user name. Can I stop them going into both Committee > Documents and My Documents? "My Documents" is just a pointer - if you only create one instance of the document, then there is only one instance of the document. Windows does NOT create duplicate files on its own. |
