Hi, Cheri.
In Windows Explorer, click Organize | Layout. Here you can toggle on the
Navigation Pane, the Preview Pane, and/or the Details Pane - and the Menu
Bar.

I figured this out-thank you--I was doing this but I did not know I had to
click on the up arrow in the lower right corner for the tree to show-thanks

What do you mean by the "files window"?

The window I open to look at my file folders--like for MSWord or Excel--My
Outlook window was fine-just not some of the others-
I figured this out--I was doing this-(In Windows Explorer, click Organize |
Layout. Here you can toggle on the Navigation Pane, the Preview Pane, and/or
