Yeah, as the title says, I can't access Documents & Settings folder in Vista. Vista doesn't have a "Documents and Settings" folder, it's been replaced by Users. What you are seeing is a junction point, which points legacy programs that use the "Documents and Settings" folder to the Users folder. That's why you can't access it. Go into the Users folder.
