None of the games included in Vista will work in media center, solitair, free
cell...etc..

They also will not work from the start menu using the Games link on the
right side of the Start Menu.

If I drill down into All Programs\Games and start a game from there then a
game will start up, and on certain games after I close the game (after
starting from 'All Programs\Games' ) the media center will then start up by
its self but not the game.

The games show up in Media Center by trying to start one up just doesn't
work in Media center.

Other than this, everything else is working fine with Vista. Its nice and
fast with no other problems.

Any Help or suggestions?

I had the same problem on my Vista Ultimate RTM, it turned out that when I
turned off the shortcut arrows through the registry, I affected the proper
running of the games through the games explorer and through media center.
When I put the shortcut arrows back in, everything was resolved.  This is not
to say that you are having the same problem, but I am curious if you
"tweaked" your Vista at all.
