I heard about the ability to use 360 controls on vista for gaming.
But the problem is that I only have a single wireless control. Does this
mean that i cant connect it to the PC or will something be done to sort this?

You can buy an adapter to use wireless controllers on a PC.  Do a search for
"Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows".  With that you can connect
all the wireless accessories up, wheels etc.
