bf 2142 direct x10

i currently have nvidia 8800 gts 612mb direct x 10 card ,runs great on my
windows xp direct x9 , i havent heard much about anyone having problems with
this card , everyone seems to have problems with video cards under the 8800
.does anyone know if my 8800 direct x 10 have the same problems with bf 2142
on the new windows vista softwear .will having direct x 10 be a probalem with
bf 2142 on wista or will it be the solution to everyones problems >?

Any problems you're having now are down to nVidia's unfinished drivers.

thanks , i guess it good to have for any upcoming directx10 games come out,
for now ill wait till all the bugs are sorted out before buying vista
.Everyone should buy 8800

BF2142 will still be a DirectX9 game, unless a patch comes out giving it
the DX10 capabilities. It will run with the 8800, but the problems will
come from the video drivers or the game itself. Vista may not solve the
similar problems that it had in XP, as they were probably related to the
game or drivers.
