The problem is that when I start my own installed games (e.g. FIFA 07 or
Counter-Strike Source) sometimes it shows the 'bluescreen' and reboots the
computer. Also it ALWAYS happens when while playing I press the Win key on
the keyboard and then switch to the game again. I tried it runnig both in
normal mode and in 'Windows XP Compatible' mode. What can you recommend me?
My OS is 32-bit Vista Ultimate.

Sounds like a video card driver problem. Have you updated to the newest
drivers (http://ati.amd.com or http://www.nvidia.com for the major 2
manufacturers)? Also, you might check the error log in the control panel and
see what program crashed causing the blue screen.

You might also check for recent patches to the games themselves.
