I have a small problem since installing the Microsoft wireless entertainment
7000. This the bluetooth version and that is the problem.  I can install the
mouse and keyboard fine from Vista.  My problem is when I want to go into
BIOS I cannot use the keyboard.  I would have to plug in another keyboard to
be able to change things in BIOS.  My brother has the same combo and the
keyboard works fine in the BIOS.   I am missing a setting somewhere in BIOS
or am I doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated...

Let me restate the question.   A couple of weeks ago I broke the bluetooth
dongle on the Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000.  So instead of
buying the whole desktop combo again,  I bought the Microsoft Wireless Laser
Mouse 8000 which uses the same dongle.  I can set up the mouse and keyboard
in Vista without any problem. Only problem is I cannot use the keyboard in
BIOS.  I must plug in another keyboard to do this.  Previously before I
broke the dongle I could access BIOS from the keyboard.   Again appreciate
any responses..
