tHow do I fix this situation. When I try to shut down I get a blue screen,
then I receive this message. I`ve updated all the device drivers. I also get
an event ID 201
The best way to regress device driver errors is to remove everything except
for hard drive, monitor, kb/mouse, and graphics card from the computer.
Restart..if you still ge the error, it is one of your basic device drivers
and you might be in for a long painfull process.
If Vista works, then you add one device at a time until you BSoD
again..remove the last item and wait to install it until their are new
drivers.
Where all the device drivers you updated written for vista, or did you
install some XP/2000/98 drivers to "juet get them to work"?
